The reasonable enthusiast pick. 16 GB VRAM is enough for now but will feel tight in a couple of years for 4K modded games. Runs cool and quiet compared to the 5090.

Historic card as Intel's dGPU debut. The 16 GB VRAM is generous but the driver overhead penalizes older APIs. The Arc B series makes it a hard sell new; used it can be interesting.
